Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering started an association 'AIMZ' for promoting various academic activities and to encourage students to participate in various extra-curricular activities. Association was inaugurated on November 2006.
Association of Innovative MindZ was formed jointly by students and staff of ECE department in the year 2006. The idea is to provide a platform for innovative minds to project themselves to the outer world. The association had a rapid growth in terms of number of members and number of events conducted. Every semester AIMZ organises technical talk in the field of Electronics and Communication and every year AIMZ organises intra college level events like paper presentation and programming in various domains such as VLSI, MAT LAB & Microcontroller. Association also organises extracurricular & co curricular activities for ECE students namely personality development activities, essay writing, treasure hunt, painting etc
