DEPARTMENT OF PLACEMENT & TRAINING
Training, Career Guidance and Placement Cellis established as an integral part of the College with an active role in career services for its Students. The vital role of T&P Cell is to groom & shape the students and make them industry ready so that they can face the future challenges in the real world. Every student pursuing a professional career in engineering has an ambition to obtain a challenging job in a company of repute (a brand name) and make a successful career. The Department conducts various training sessions for students by eminent trainers from the industry and conduct workshops and seminar to enhance their skills.
VISION
To enhance the employability of students by alleviating vital skills to meet Industry expectations.
MISSION
To contrive and coordinate various Training and Placement activities, operate as Industry-Academia interface and facilitate corporate grooming of students into industry-ready technocrats and attain placement of students.
Objectives
- To upgrade and stay at par with the current trend and pre-requisites of accomplished employability and incorporate these essentials in training modules.
- To exploit all the placement opportunities available and hence ensure placement of Maximum number of students of the Institution.
- To improve Credibility and Branding of the Institution, by understanding and catering to the imperatives of the companies and assisting students in developing a career.
- To arrange Guest Lectures and Career Guidance sessions by Industry-Experts to promote Placement prospects.
- Endeavor to develop a self-sustaining unit of the Institution.

| Mega Mock Drive: In this program we created an actual campus drive like scenario complete with Pre-Placement talk, written selection process, Interview, feedback and result announcement. All the eligible students are made to go through this program.. Though short-listing is for internal purpose but all the students go through the entire process of GD, After each interview the students get their feedback on the spot and their CV corrected by the panelist.
• Give the students a feel of the real campus placements drive
• Help them get rid of nervousness on the final day of selection.
• Allow the students to understand all major and minor loopholes in their preparation for the D-Day.

Offline mode and Online mode. Total 8 + 16 days of training was conducted by the external vendor QSpiders Ltd Bangalore.
