The Physics department was established in the year 2001 during the inception of the college. Department primarily focuses on academic growth and excellence of under graduate students. The Engineering physics bridges the gap between what the students learnt before and the new world of engineering subjects of different discipline. The department offers engineering physics courses to students of first / second semester of different Engineering streams. The Physics department has dedicated 4 faculty members of which 3 are having more than 20 years of teaching experience. They are not only good in teaching but also involved in counseling and mentoring the students. The department has been getting excellent results both in theory and practical examination consistently.
